METT-TC. The C is for civil considerations....i.e. dealing with the civilian populace. Pretty important addition in our context.
Or, as a friend who is one of those very few, very elite, Air Force Special Operations Weathermen, claims, it is METT-TCW (the W obviously being for "weather"........)
